RYA Beginner's Courses
Two-Month (16 Class) Beginner's Course
The course objective is to provide students with a strong foundation in the basic techniques of Yoshinkan Aikido. The curriculum includes teachings in the basic stance, the correct sitting position, 6 Kata movements, forward and backward rolls, break falls, and four control techniques.
